- Brought Google, Booking.com, TripAdvisor, and Expedia into one inbox so managers stop hopping between platforms to reply.
- Used AI to draft replies in the hotel's voice and turn recurring complaints into assigned tasks for housekeeping, F&B, and the front desk.
- Built post-stay collection over email and WhatsApp so hotels hear from guests while the stay is still fresh — and can catch issues before they become public reviews.
